About changes to your order
At any time before you have received our services, you can contact us to request changes. By this we mean both the inclusion and the suppression or quantity of service. Once we have started providing the service, we generally cannot make changes; However, we will do our best to accommodate your request if you ask us to do so and to review whether changes can be made.

About cancellations of your order
You, as a client, can request the cancellation of your service at any time, while it is in the development period and before your project is completed. Our team in charge will determine, through a proration, the reimbursement of your service, depending on the amount of work that the professional in charge has carried out on their task; For example; You have made a request for a project, where the total value is $500.00 and you request cancellation before it is finished, in this hypothetical case, the professional has worked 50% of the requested Project, then, you will receive a refund of $250.00 that corresponds to the remaining 50%. In other words, it will be possible to reimburse your entire investment only if the project has not started. Otherwise, only the percentage of money corresponding to the proportion of the work that our professional has not carried out will be returned.

In the event that our professional in charge of your project has completely completed the assigned work, there will be no refund of your money.
